Previously, she has been a news producer-in-residence at KING 5, the NBC news affiliate and intern at KING 5 Evening.

Currently, she works at the Southeast Seattle Education Coalition as the marketing and communications coordinator.

She is trilingual and triliterate in Spanish, Vietnamese, and English. She graduated with honors from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Politics and Government, with an emphasis in U.S. Politics, as well as Spanish Literature Language and Culture.
